Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Product Creative Generator. By creating an account, uploading images, buying credits, or submitting a generation, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Product Creative Generator is an ecommerce image tool. It helps turn user-provided product photos, product notes, platform settings, target market, language, and creative instructions into generated product image sets.

The service may include account features, product image upload, AI generation, dashboard history, private result pages, credits, and one-time credit package checkout.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• Using the service only if you have the legal right and authority to do so.
• Telling us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or create legal or security risk.

User Content

You retain ownership of the product photos, product names, product notes, prompts, instructions, and other content you provide.

You grant Product Creative Generator a limited license to host, process, transmit, transform, and display your content only as needed to provide the service, including sending required inputs to generation, storage, support, and security providers.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded product photos. We do not publish your private result pages in the sitemap. We do not use your generated images as public examples unless you give separate permission.

You must not upload content that:

• You do not have the right to use.
• Infringes intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Contains illegal, exploitative, hateful, deceptive, or harmful material.
• Contains sensitive personal data, identity documents, payment card data, medical records, or images of children unless you have a lawful basis and the use is appropriate for the service.
• Attempts to bypass safety, security, rate limit, payment, or provider restrictions.

Generated Images

AI-generated results may contain mistakes, artifacts, inaccurate text, marketplace rule issues, or outputs that require manual review. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing or using them commercially.

Product Creative Generator does not guarantee that generated images will:

• Pass Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Google Shopping, ad network, or marketplace review.
• Be unique.
• Be free from all third-party rights issues.
• Match every prompt, instruction, product detail, dimension, spelling, regulatory requirement, or brand guideline.

Credits and Payments

Product Creative Generator currently uses free registration credits and one-time credit packages. It does not currently enable subscriptions or lifetime plans.

Current product rules:

• New accounts may receive free registration credits.
• One generated image currently costs 5 credits.
• A single generation can request up to 15 images.
• A user can have up to 3 active generations at the same time.
• Failed image items are refunded to the same account when the service can determine the failed item.
• Credit packages may expire according to the package terms shown at checkout or in the product.

Stripe handles checkout and payment processing. Product Creative Generator does not store full card numbers.

Prices, credit amounts, expiration periods, and package availability may change for future purchases. Already purchased credits remain subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase, unless law requires otherwise.

Refunds and Failed Generations

The service automatically refunds credits for failed image items when supported by the generation flow. If you believe credits were charged incorrectly, contact support@molith.io with your account email and generation or checkout details.

Cash refunds for purchased credits are handled case by case and may depend on usage, payment status, chargeback risk, local consumer law, and Stripe processing state.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service to create illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
• Resell access, automate account creation, or bypass credits without written permission.
• Upload malware or content designed to compromise the service or providers.
• Misrepresent generated images as guaranteed marketplace-approved assets.

Availability

The service depends on external providers, including database, storage, AI generation, email, auth, and payment providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or provider-independent operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, compliance, provider changes, or product direction.

Intellectual Property

Product Creative Generator, the website, UI, source materials, branding, documentation, and service design are owned by their respective owners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.

Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Creative Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, marketplace approvals, ad approvals, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the product, providers, commercial model, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest published update.
