本服务条款适用于你使用 Product Creative Generator。创建账户、上传图片、购买 credits 或提交 generation，即表示你同意本条款。

服务

Product Creative Generator 是一个 ecommerce image tool。它根据用户提供的产品照片、product notes、platform settings、target market、language 和 creative instructions，生成商品图片套图。

服务可能包括账户功能、产品图片上传、AI generation、dashboard history、private result pages、credits 和一次性 credit package checkout。

账户

你需要负责：

• 提供准确的账户信息。
• 妥善保管登录凭证。
• 仅在你拥有合法权利和授权时使用本服务。
• 在你认为账户被盗用或存在安全风险时及时联系我们。

如果账户违反本条款、滥用服务、尝试未授权访问，或造成法律/安全风险，我们可以暂停或终止账户。

用户内容

你保留对自己提供的产品照片、product names、product notes、prompts、instructions 和其他内容的所有权。

你授予 Product Creative Generator 一项有限许可，使我们可以在提供服务所必需的范围内托管、处理、传输、转换和展示你的内容，包括把必要输入发送给 generation、storage、support 和 security providers。

我们不主张拥有你上传产品照片的所有权。我们不会把你的 private result pages 放入 sitemap。除非你另行授权，我们不会把你的生成图片作为公开案例使用。

你不得上传以下内容：

• 你无权使用的内容。
• 侵犯 intellectual property、publicity、privacy 或其他权利的内容。
• 非法、剥削性、仇恨、欺骗或有害内容。
• Sensitive personal data、identity documents、payment card data、medical records，或不适合本服务处理的儿童图片。
• 试图绕过 safety、security、rate limit、payment 或 provider restrictions 的内容。

生成图片

AI-generated results 可能包含错误、artifact、不准确文字、marketplace rule 问题，或需要人工复核的结果。你在发布或商业使用生成图片前，必须自行复核。

Product Creative Generator 不保证生成图片：

• 一定通过 Shopify、Amazon、TikTok Shop、Instagram、Google Shopping、广告平台或 marketplace 审核。
• 一定唯一。
• 完全没有第三方权利风险。
• 完全符合每一条 prompt、instruction、product detail、dimension、spelling、regulatory requirement 或 brand guideline。

Credits 和 Payments

Product Creative Generator 当前使用注册赠送 credits 和一次性 credit packages。当前未启用 subscription 或 lifetime plan。

当前产品规则：

• 新账户可能获得注册赠送 credits。
• 当前每生成 1 张图片消耗 5 credits。
• 单次 generation 最多请求 15 张图片。
• 单用户最多同时有 3 个 active generations。
• 当服务能确认某个图片项失败时，失败图片项会退回 credits 到同一账户。
• Credit packages 可能按 checkout 或产品中展示的条款过期。

Stripe 负责 checkout 和 payment processing。Product Creative Generator 不保存完整银行卡号。

价格、credit 数量、过期时间和 package 可用性可能对未来购买发生变化。除非法律另有要求，已购买 credits 按购买时展示的条款适用。

Refunds 和 Failed Generations

当 generation flow 支持确认失败图片项时，服务会自动退回对应 credits。如果你认为 credits 被错误扣除，请使用账户邮箱并附上 generation 或 checkout 详情联系 support@molith.io。

已购买 credits 的现金退款会按个案处理，可能取决于使用情况、支付状态、chargeback risk、当地消费者法律和 Stripe processing state。

Acceptable Use

你同意不会：

• Reverse engineer、scrape、overload、attack 或干扰本服务。
• 使用本服务创建非法、欺骗、侵权、滥用或有害内容。
• 未经书面许可转售访问、自动化创建账户或绕过 credits。
• 上传 malware 或旨在破坏服务/provider 的内容。
• 把生成图片误称为一定通过 marketplace 审核的素材。

可用性

本服务依赖外部 providers，包括 database、storage、AI generation、email、auth 和 payment providers。我们不保证服务永不中断、永不出错，或不依赖 provider。

出于维护、安全、合规、provider 变化或产品方向需要，我们可能修改、暂停或停止部分功能。

Intellectual Property

Product Creative Generator、网站、UI、source materials、branding、documentation 和 service design 由各自权利人拥有，并受适用 intellectual property laws 保护。

本条款不会授予你对服务本身的所有权。

Privacy

使用本服务还受 隐私政策 和 Cookie 政策 约束。

责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，Product Creative Generator 不对 indirect、incidental、special、consequential、exemplary 或 punitive damages 负责，也不对 profits、revenue、data、goodwill、marketplace approvals、ad approvals 或 business opportunity 的损失负责。

本条款不会限制法律不允许限制的责任。

条款变更

当产品、providers、商业模式或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本条款。本页顶部日期表示最近一次发布更新。
